My name is Lisa Kuemper and I am living my best life.

First, let’s get the credentials out of the way. I have over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, much of it at Fortune 250 companies. I earned my Master’s in HRIR and Bachelor’s in HRD. I hold certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SCP) and Human Resources Certification Institute (PHR). My career has allowed me to work with amazing people and be involved in exciting opportunities.

But, I wanted more.

I obtained my Coaching certificate through This Naked Mind Institute to be able to work with my professional peers 1:1 to help them find the freedom from alcohol that has transformed me into the best version of myself. I am uniquely privileged to have gained a skill set to help others in their alcohol free/sober curious/moderation journey without judgement, shame, guilt, or labels.

I’ve been where you are. I realized that alcohol was taking so much more than it was giving. Hangovers. Missed opportunities. Negative impacts on relationships. Health effects. Financial drains. I did not have a dramatic rock bottom that led me to question and change my relationship with alcohol. I do not label myself as anything related to my previous use of alcohol. I am free.
